Ian Bremmer: Techno-prudentialism: A new initiative to govern Artificial Intelligence
AI’s rapid growth, potential for widespread impact, and the dangers presented by misuse have been drawing attention and concerns from world leaders. Ian Bremmer recommended governance for AI through a concept termed "techno-prudentialism", which suggests identifying and limiting risks to global stability from AI, without stifling innovation. He proposes five governing principles for AI: precautionary (do no harm), agility in adjusting to AI evolution, inclusivity of both tech companies and governments, impermeability to ensure global application, and targeted approaches for different AI applications.(报名方式见文末)
